In January we welcomed our new Board and established our working committees in the areas of arts, conservation, public issues, education, international, and home life (these are known as Community Service Programs, CSPs.) A big thank you to those who took out chairmanship roles and to those who joined the committees.
At our February meeting we formally induct the new board and entertain ideas for our annual major fundraiser and nominations for the benefitting charity. Most of our CSP committees will have met and will be ready to present their projects for the coming year.
Our social groups will have put their signup sheets on the information table for members to choose what they will participate in for the month. This includes Out-to-Lunch, Gadabouts Travel, Bunco, Movies, Women's History and Stitching for Charities.
